DESIGN |
| |
Custom Warm-ups begin with your selection of a Basic Jacket
and Pants Line Design. Your preference in colors
and design options are then incorporated to create a look
that is unique to you, your club or team. |

FABRIC |
| |
Our Warm-ups are made of a breathable, easy care fabric
called Supplex Nylon. You have a choice of also adding 100% Nylon Tricot, Athletic Mesh and 100% Polyester Fleece for lining. All warm-ups are machine
washable in cool water, tumble dry. We feature an ever expanding
palette of stock colors for you to choose from. And, should
your color choice not be included as a stock color, you may
choose to have your own fabric inventory dyed to order at
an additional cost. |

SIZES |

All warm-ups are available in Youth XS through Adult 4X. An integral element of SEBASTIAN Custom Warm-ups is the
fit. We custom fit your specific inseam and sleeve length...at
no extra charge. Determine your Basic Jacket and Pants size
by following our Size Chart, and then include specific inseam
and sleeve length, using our measurement guidelines. For
larger group orders, you may request a size run of sample
warm-ups to try on. |

FIRST MOCK-UP |

Should you wish to see and feel your new design before
placing a group order, we will construct a First Mock-up
for approval at the regular price. At the time
that your group, club or team places a full order, we will rebate
the difference in price between your sample cost and the
Volume Account Price. |

ORDERING |
| |
We welcome group/team orders as well as individual orders.
To qualify for volume account group pricing, we request that
your first order be 6 or more Warm-ups of the same design.
All orders must include your signed Design Worksheet, a typed
Size Worksheet, and payment. Individual and First Mock-up
warm-ups must be pre-paid in full. Once an order of 6 or more warmups or jackets is placed, we guarantee unlimited reorder of the
same style, with no minimum on the units reordered. |

PAYMENT |

One of the following payment methods must accompany your order: Full payment by credit card (Discover, Mastercard, Visa, American Express) or check. For State and Federal Government, School Districts and Colleges, a complete Purchase Order must be received prior to the start of the order. |

DELIVERY |

Allow 2-4 weeks for complete delivery. For fabrics that
are custom dyed, add 6 weeks to production schedule. |

RETURNS |
| |
Since each garment is custom made to your specifications, returns will not be accepted unless defective. A return authorization number must be assigned by SEBASTIAN Custom Warm-ups before returning defective garments. Please call Customer Service at 701-878-4343. |
